To place an order, add items to your cart then proceed to checkout. Select the Shipping/Local Delivery address option. Enter your contact and delivery information to complete your order. You will be contacted by as soon as possible to confirm delivery costs, dates and be given a tracking number.

To place an order via WhatsApp, send us screenshots or let us know which items your are interested in getting. Also provide the following information:

• Delivery Address
• Phone Number
• Email

We will then confirm your order.

You can call us at 653-2796 to place an order for delivery.

Please let us know of any specific dates / times for delivery. Our courier operates Monday - Friday.

We have cash / linx on delivery available. We also accept cash, linx, credit card and cheques in store. Bank transfers can be done as well (WhatsApp for more info)

Once your order is confirmed, it usually takes between 1-4 business days for you to receive your order.  You will be provided with a tracking number for your order. 

We offer warranty on our products for any manufacturer's defects. All items are checked and tested before they are sent out. The duration of warranty varies depending on the type of product (30 days - 1 year). Warranty does not cover misuse or abuse of the item by user.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the bill date. Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be brought into store in original condition / packaging, accompanied with receipt. 

Both stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
